These Terms of Service apply when you visit or use tryreviva.com.au or place an order with Reviva. Reviva is the trading brand of Vinaca Pty Ltd ("Reviva", "we", "us" or "our"). Our online store is hosted by Shopify.

Using our store

You must use the store lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or other customers. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account details secure and for providing current, complete and accurate information.

Product information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance can vary between devices. Product descriptions, availability and prices may change before an order is accepted. Nothing in these Terms excludes any right or consumer guarantee that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Orders and prices

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order where we cannot fulfil it, where information or pricing is materially incorrect, or where fraud or unlawful activity is suspected. If that happens, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order.

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars unless the store expressly shows otherwise. The final product price, taxes and shipping charge are shown at checkout before you submit an order.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds and the Reviva guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review those policies before ordering.

365-day money-back guarantee

Reviva provides a 365-day satisfaction money-back guarantee for Reviva Mouth Tape. You may open and use the product. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact Reviva within 365 days of delivery and we will refund the product purchase price to the original payment method.

There are no return fees or restocking fees under this guarantee, and an opened or used product does not need to be returned before the refund. Please provide your order number or the details used to place the order so we can locate it. Defective, damaged, incorrect or missing products are also eligible for your choice of a replacement or full refund.

This guarantee is separate from the ordinary 30-day change-of-mind return option for unopened and unused products. It is also in addition to, and does not limit, rights and remedies that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Full operational details appear in our Refund Policy.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where required by law. Any additional Reviva guarantee is provided alongside, and does not limit, those rights.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

The store content, branding, text, graphics and other materials are owned by or licensed to Reviva unless stated otherwise. You may use the store for personal, non-commercial shopping. You must not copy, exploit, disrupt or misuse the store or its content except as permitted by law or with our written permission.

Third-party services and links

Shopify and other service providers support operation of the store. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Purchases from Reviva are made with Vinaca Pty Ltd, not Shopify.

Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss caused by misuse of the store, events outside our reasonable control, or third-party sites and services. This section does not limit liability or rights that cannot lawfully be limited, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time by publishing the revised version on this page. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that order, except where a change is required by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. The courts of Victoria and applicable Australian courts have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
